Check-in is from 2:00 pm and check-out is by 10:00 am. If you need a different time, message us before you arrive and we'll do our best to help.
What is the cancellation policy?
Within 48 hours of booking: 100% refund
No less than 6 months before arrival date: 75% refund
No less than 3 months before arrival date: 50% refund
Less than 3 months before arrival date: 0% refund
Can I bring my pet?
While we love animals, our property has a strict no-pets policy to ensure a comfortable and hypoallergenic environment for all of our guests. We appreciate your understanding and would still love to host your stay!
Can I smoke at Kula Kai?
To ensure a fresh, clean, and safe environment for all our guests, Kula Kai is a strictly non-smoking property. Smoking, vaping, or e-cigarettes are not permitted anywhere indoors or on the outdoor decks and grounds. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation!
